We have represented developers, users, lenders, landlords and tenants in
virtually every type of commercial real estate transaction for more than a
quarter century. We have been engaged to represent one side or the other on
countless leases and subleases of office, R&D, industrial, retail, and
warehouse space, on all lease forms and structures, including, bond,
triple-net, gross and full-service.
We also have represented corporate clients in their efforts to execute their
facilities strategies through the acquisition, construction and financing
(including synthetic leases) of their corporate campuses, regional offices,
and local outlets. We have been engaged by corporations large and small, from
Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs opening their first retail shops, and
from REITs to individuals responsible for managing their most valuable asset:
the family-owned shopping center.
Our years of experience on each side of the negotiating table and our
knowledge of leasing issues enable us to draw upon the perspectives necessary
to deliver pragmatic advice, with a realistic appreciation for, and a balanced
approach to dealing with, the risks inherent in all transactions.
